What to expect...
Tenant requirements …
Our tenants must generally be able to provide the following before being granted a tenancy, however each case is assessed individually:
Application
1 completed application form per person
Proof of ID
Passport
Referencing
Employer’s and previous Landlord’s details
Proof of income
Your last 3 months bank statements (current account) and payslips
Payments
1 weeks rent as a Holding Deposit to secure the property, followed by the remainder of the 1st months rent on contract signing together with a Security Deposit (normally 5 weeks rent)
